The EurAsian Conformity mark (EAC Mark) must be affixed to certified products that comply with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union (TR CU).

The Customs Union between Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus has established a new certification system whereby conformity of products to be exported to and used within the Customs Union (CU) is guaranteed by means of a Certificate/Declaration of Conformity (TR CU Certification/Declaration) which is obtained on the basis of product specifications and the product's compliance to the Customs Union Technical Regulations.
